Unfortunately, the network outage is still ongoing. At this time, we do not have an estimated time for resolution, as we are dependent on our upstream providers to resolve the issue.

We understand the impact this may have and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We are closely monitoring the situation and will provide further updates as soon as we have more information.

Investigation indicates that the issue originates from our upstream network providers. They are currently working on resolving the problem.

We are currently experiencing a network outage affecting all of our services. Our team is actively investigating the root cause and working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

The webhosting servers DA022, DA023, and DA024 are now back online.

To clarify the situation: each webhosting server operates on two physical servers — one actively running, and one serving as a standby copy with the server powered off. In the event of a failure, we immediately activate the standby copy, resulting in only a few seconds of downtime.

However, since the datacenter migration last Monday, we temporarily lost access to the tooling that enables this automated failover. As a result, our datacenter partner’s personnel had to physically intervene onsite to resolve the issue, which led to a longer-than-normal downtime.

Under normal circumstances, such an issue would not even be noticeable.

Looking ahead: the first servers in our new, state-of-the-art, high-performance platform will be brought into production on June 16th. Shortly after, we will inform all customers about the migration plan from our current platform to this improved infrastructure.

We just experienced a brief network outage affecting all our servers for approximately 5 minutes. After the severe disruption we all endured on Monday, this incident caused renewed concern.

Fortunately, all systems are now fully operational again. That said, this incident once more highlights the urgent need for the significant infrastructure investments we are preparing to make. These upgrades are aimed at preventing both major and minor disruptions like those seen today and earlier this week.
