Site - Last Night's Maintenance Caused Undetected Issues – Incident details

Last night, we performed maintenance on some of our servers. As there was no planned downtime, we did not issue an announcement beforehand. However, it appears that unforeseen issues arose during this maintenance, which were not detected by our monitoring systems. These issues impacted the servers in question.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. To ensure this does not happen again, we are reviewing and tightening our monitoring protocols to better detect and address similar situations in the future.
